第11回感染症研究グローバルネットワークフォーラムは、2025年2月6日（木）と2月7日（金）に文部科学省共同利用・共同研究拠点事業の一環として、千葉大学真菌医学研究センターの主催、未来粘膜ワクチン研究開発シナジー拠点およびヒト免疫疾患治療研究・開発センターの共催により、医学系総合研究棟を会場に開催しました。 初日のフラッシュトークおよびポスターセッションでは、若手の研究者を中心に45演題の発表がありました。二日目の招待講演は「微生物学・粘膜免疫学・ワクチン学が共創する未来」をテーマに、腸内細菌・真菌のみならず、ワクチン、感染症、AI/データサイエンス、腸管免疫を含む幅広い分野から、アメリカ・香港・日本の著名な 研究者8名による講演を現地及びオンラインのハイブリッド形式で開催しました。2日間で昨年を上回る、延べ255名の参加があり、発表者と参加者の間で活発な質疑応答も行われ、皆様の御支援により盛会に終了することができました。
